What IS Retirement Estates?
Retirement Estates is an active adult community of double and triple wide manufactured homes.
What is a land leased community?
Land Lease means that, while you own your own home, we own the land. We lease the land to you for a monthly fee.
What is included in the monthly fee?
Your monthly fee covers the lease of your lot, weekly trash pickup, seasonal yard debris pickup, your sewer tax, road maintenance and snow removal on roadways, unlimited free use of the community center, and a full time staff.
What are the advantages of living in Retirement Estates?
- Retirement Estates is a small, safe, friendly community.
- You can feel secure leaving if you choose to travel.
- Our full time staff is here should a problem arise, or if you have any questions.
- We plow the roads in the winter.
- We clear your drive if there if there is more than 3″ of snow (for a nominal fee).
- We offer a mowing service for a small fee.
- You have use of our beautiful community clubhouse. Plan your next family event here, or plan to play a variety ofย board games with your neighbors. Whatever you choose, it’s here for you to use.
- There are monthly activities hosted by your neighbors for you to attend, or volunteer for if you choose.
- Activities include exercise groups, pot luck dinners, weekly Bing games, …..
